Ben nog geen problemen tegen gekomen met 2000i

Home, maar het mag niet uitmaken welke editie je draait.

Ik heb autodesk ervoor opgebeld, maar ze hebben alleen xp prof getest. Op home geven ze geen garantie van een goede werking.

Autocad 2000i

Autocad 2000i can be installed on a WindowsXP system. All you have to do is trick Autocad into thinking that it is being installed on a Windows 98 system.

To do this, select the "setup.exe" file on your Autocad 2000i CD. Right mouse click on it and go to "Properties". Under the properties dialog box, select the "Compatibility" tab. Under "Compatibility mode", click the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select Windows 98 from the list. Click OK and then run "setup.exe" on the Autocad 2000i CD. Should work fine.

Ze garanderen het niet, omdat ze het niet hebben getest. In principe is de kernel van de home-edition gelijk aan de prof-edition. Het verschil zit in allerlei extra's in de prof-edition voor zakelijk gebruik. Wil je Acad prive gebruiken of voor de zaak? Als je het prive gaat gebruiken kun je het allicht proberen.
