Dus je mag wel zeggen dat Microsoft aardig op weg is met DirectX 9

Mooi zo. misschien dat ik dan eindelijk van me EMBM probleem af ben :) en ik kan nu de DirectX 9 beta 1 testen zonder regedit :)

EMBM score probleem is er nog. 3dmark2001SE build 330 geinstaleerd 29.42 drivers van www.nvidia.com geinstaleerd directX 9 beta1 opnieuw geinstaleerd. (daar ligt he soweiso niet aan want bij directX 8.1 deed ie het ook) Ik zelf denk dat het aan een of andere Moederbord instelling of zo ligt.. en niet aan de drivers...

Nee want ik wil niet van DirectX 9 Beta 1 af. na 6 weken draait het nog steeds zonder problemen hier!

Don’t worry it will take at least a year until you see any serious use of DirectX 9 in upcoming games, so we might see some games ready for Christmas 2003. Although DirectX 8 hardware is with us now for a year and a half, older than the INQUIRER itself, I have more fingers on my hands than there are games titles which use DirectX shaders, not to mention more serious uses. Schitterend in één woord die demos en de drivers zijn weer beter, UT2003 heeft een hogere min fps!

idd erg mooi. Ik vind die bollen nog het mooist.

Dus DirectX 9 RC0 draait prima mag ik hier uit begrijpen. Minder dat ik op dit moment even geen Radeon 9700 bij de hand heb. van het weekend had ik er een (die met die ZM80HP cooler) maar ja toen was dit er nog niet. :( Slashhead, neem anders morgen even een radeon 9700 pro mee als je hier komt 8)

Ja gaat draait prima, deze dx9.0 is trouwens heel dicht tegen de final. Btw ik las dat alle p4's vanaf 2,4 al HT hebben ! en dit door een bios update of tweak is aan te zetten.

Ik kom even met de deur in huis vallen, ATI radeon demos werken niet op geforce 4 kaarten? Tenminste hier werkte het niet.. Direct x 9 wel geinstalleerd. Je hebt zeker die Catalyst drivers nodig? Ik wil dat muziek instrumenten filmpje graag zien. (geen filmpje)

1. de Geforce 4 is een Direct X 8 kaart en de demo's zijn DirectX9 2. De demo's zijn voor de Ati Radeon 9500/9700 bedoeld en niet voor nVidia kaarten (heel misschien doet ie het wel op de NV30) 3. de Catalyst DirectX 9 BRC drivers zijn voor ATI kaarten en werken NIET op GeForce kaarten Conclusie: Je zult het met de AVI's moeten doen of een Radeon 9500/9700 moeten kopen.

mmmmm, die demo's zijn wel leuk maar die van ATI zijn leuker. En volgens my kon ik geforce 4 demos wel op mijn geforce 2 draaien alleen dat geen verrekte langzaam....
