5 maanden oude laptop valt spontaan uit!

Sinds augustus heeft mijn moeder een laptop gekocht, gewoon om haar mail op te bekijken en voor mij om wat spellen op te doen. Nu is het zo dat sinds een aantal maanden de laptop spontaan uitvalt, zonder waarschuwing etc. Het is alsof de stroom er plotseling vanaf gehaald wordt. Ik dacht in eerste instantie dat het lag aan de accu/verlengkabel maar zelfs zonder accu en zonder verlengkabel te gebruiken bleef hij uitvallen, zelfs al deed ik iets simpels als een Word-documentje typen.\r\nHij is vorige maand volledig teruggebracht naar fabrieksinstellingen en we hebben er toen verder geen problemen mee gehad. Ik zie er conduit tussen staan. Hier kan je lezen hoe dat te verwijderen.
