Dat is juist het probleem. (dat staat ook al uitgelegd in mijn 1e reactie) Dan werkt het dus ook niet. (heb hetzelfde probleem met Tiberian Sun)

Tsja hoe heb ik dat nou opgelost, overal ip-adressen ingesteld staan? Ook ipx protocol overal aanwezig.

Ja, Bestanden delen en spellen als warcraft 3 en Fifa2002 doen het wel over het netwerk. :-?

Draaien die niet over tcp/ip? red alert gaat over ipx volgens mij? Hier een quote van [b:a1e280666e]bosje[/b:a1e280666e] uit de tiberian threat: als je wil weten of IPX het doet moet je in een dos box NET DIAG intikken, de boodschappen spreken voor zich. Zolang die negatief zijn op je PC dan is IPX icm netwerkkaart niet goed geconfigureerd. Zo heb ik de realtek problemen opgelost. Geoon proberen. Niet de moed opgeven, elke wijziging betekent rebooten

Nog eff dit, WindowsXP heeft toch zo'n aangepast IPX protocol?? Zoiets heb ik gelezen.

Dit komt van de Westwood Site: Question How do I set up a network game? What are the network settings for Red Alert 2? Answer RA2 uses the IPX/SPX protocol to network over a Local Area Network (LAN). Make sure this protocol is loaded on each machine in your network. To check if the protocol is loaded in Win95/98/ME, click on [Start], then "Settings", and "Control Panel". From the Control Panel, open the "Network" icon. Check to see if IPX/SPX for your network card is listed anywhere in the Network Components. If not, click on [Add] , select "Protocol", then "Microsoft"-"IPX/SPX". Once the protocol is loaded, launch the game on each machine and select "Network" from the main menu. You will be taken to a general game lobby where you can chat with the other machines on the LAN and create/join games. Note: Windows NT/2000/XP may not be able to network with Win95/98/ME machines. This is due to an incompatible IPX/SPX protocol between the different operating systems. If you have an NT/2000/XP machine, you may want to try adding the NWLink IPX/SPX Compatible Transport to network with 95/98/ME machines. Windows 2000/Windows XP Users: If you are using Win2k/Windows XP, you will need to make sure the IPX protocol has a generic IP address assigned to it: 00.00.00.00 Zeg het ma?!? :cry:

Heb je dat ipx protocol al toegevoegd? Voor de zekerheid een uitleg: Ga naar mijn netwerklocaties op je bureablad. Klik links in je scherm op netwerkverbindingen weergeven. Klik rechts op je lan-verbinding. Klik links op eigenschappen. Kijk of in je in de lijst "nwlink ipx/spx/netbios compatible transportprotocol" voorkomt. Zo niet, klik op installeren. Klik daarna op protocol. Klik op het nwlink ipx protocol en op toevoegen. Staat ie wel in de lijst, dan moet je bij de eigenschappen kijken of nummer van het netwerk op allemaal nullen staat. Op je windows 98 machine kun je nog proberen om in je ipx protocol op het tabje netbios om de hier aanwezige optie in of uit te schakelen. Ik zal thuis nog eens voor je nakijken hoe ik het allemaal ingesteld heb staan. Het kan in ieder geval wel!
