Pc encrypten met Truecrypt

Hallo, Ik wil graag mijn hele pc coderen met Truecrypt. Zodat ik de enige ben die er in kan. Nou is mijn vraag; Zijn er nadelen/gevaren aan verbonden om dit te doen?

Je kunt je bootschijf niet encrypten met truecrypt. Kijk een naar de mogelijkheden van bitlocker.

Dat is nieuw voor mij. Maar als dat werkt, is het een goede oplossing.

Mijn zoon gebruikt het al 3 jaar op zijn laptop, daarom was ik er mee in contact gekomen/de kennis ervan opgedaan.

Dat kan inderdaad niet met Acronis... Het image programma zit in de boot waar Truecrript ook zit... een misser van Acronis... Met Ghost vanaf CD mag dit geen probleem zijn. Blijkbaar werkt axcrypt anders, en een korte search laat zien dat dit klopt. Het werkt op bestandsniveau, iewts wat je dan ook verwacht. En dan heeft Acronis er geen problemen mee... http://computertotaal.nl/software/25291-bestanden-versleutelen-met-truecrypt-en-axcrypt.html Dus met een ander image systeem had je geen problemen gehad. Goed dat je het getest had! Moesten meer mensen vooraf (!!) doen. Een pluim dus! :D
