Ik heb een probleem met Outlook 2007 . Mijn account test@upcmail.nl is gewoon zichtbaar in outlook. [img:5adc72c7cc]http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1195/4228599/23914780/398956744.jpg[/img:5adc72c7cc] De mails blijven hangen bij UPC webmail en komen niet over naar OUTLOOK. Iemand een idee wat er aan de hand is ? Ik word er gek van.

Heb alles gedaan volgens bovenstaande antwoorden maar de mails komen nog steeds niet binnen in Outlook. Het vreemde is dat een testbericht van deze account wel wordt verstuurd maar als ik vervolgens dezelfde account als standaard wil instellen krijg ik de mededeling : "De opgegeven account is niet gevonden.Mogelijk is deze verwijderd" Maar ik zie de account wel degelijk staan :cry: :cry: Is dit misschien een virus ??

Je gebruikt als antivirussoftware dus McAfee. Zo te zien echter is McAfee beschadigd. Dus opnieuw installeren daarvan is een optie! En omdat McAfee zijn eigen firewall heeft, is het raadzaam om te controleren of de Windows firewall uitstaat! [color=#0000FF:457da5b6d3][b:457da5b6d3]Windows Firewall deaktiveren[/b:457da5b6d3][/color:457da5b6d3] Daarvoor ga je naar Start\Uitvoeren en de opdracht luidt: [b:457da5b6d3]services.msc[/b:457da5b6d3]. Klik op de knop OK. N.B. Uitvoeren start ook middels gelijktijdig indrukken van de Microsoft- en R-toets. In het venster Services scroll je naar [b:457da5b6d3][color=#0000FF:457da5b6d3]Windows Firewall[/color:457da5b6d3][/b:457da5b6d3]. Dubbelklikk op die vermelding, bij "Opstarttype" zet je de instelling op "Gedeaktiveerd". Klik nu eerst op de knop [b:457da5b6d3]Toepassen[/b:457da5b6d3]; vervolgens klik je op de knop [b:457da5b6d3]Stoppen[/b:457da5b6d3], wacht even en klik uiteindelijk op [b:457da5b6d3]OK[/b:457da5b6d3].

Als ik nu probeer te verzenden zie ik ook geen verzendknop meer en kan ook geen account kiezen waarvandaan te verzenden. Heb ook outlook 2010 geinstalleerd maar nog steeds dezelfde problemen. Wordt er nu echt gek van. :o Zie wel dat ik gek wordt , kreeg steeds een foutmelding na het bericht verzenden en toch is de reactie iedere keer geplaatst. HHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPP :?
