Webcams, hoeveel scheelt resolutie

Een maat van me heeft net een webcam gekocht en die doet het best goed. Ik zie em gewoon goed zitten dat is wel wat beter dan dat dingetje wat ik nog heb staan (trust combi 1,3 megapixel ofzo). Nou zijn er 3 types, hij heeft de goedkoopste. Ik wilde graag weten of iemand er misschien ervaring mee heeft of er veel verschil zit in prestaties. [/quote:853cb4af03]Op zich is 320x240 of 640x480 een redelijk normale resolutie voor een webcam. Ik zou verwachten dat de 1,3Mpixel dan geldt voor de foto, een webcam is eigenlijk een videocamera en is dus 0,33 Mpixel. De hoge resolutie wijst erop dat een foto met een resolutie van 1280x960 kan worden gemaakt. Voor een webcam netjes als dat een echte resolutie is. Ik kan je vertellen dat ik met mijn eerste webcam, fotoresolutie 640x480, aardige foto's kon maken voor het internet. Het was voor mij het opstapje naar echte digitale camera. Bepaal wat het belangrijkste voor je is, de webcam functie of de foto functie. Voor foto's zou ik iets anders kiezen. Lens, batterijverbruik, LCD scherm, flitser, scherpstelling zijn allemaal factoren die meetellen of iets echt praktisch is voor een fototoestel. Voor een videocamera is scherpstelling en in mindere mate de lens van belang.

Ik heb een goede fotocamera (sony 3,x megapixel met optische zoom). Alleen geen goede webcam. (thrust 1,3 rotdingetje waar 20 foto's op kunnen en hij kan caputre). Dus toch maar de middelste dan?
