anoniem Geplaatst: 30 april 2004 Delen Geplaatst: 30 april 2004 Ik heb gisteren een bios update gedaan, dit werd aanbevolen door het bedrijfje waar ik de computer gekocht heb... dit zou de temperaturen doen dalen, wat ook gebeurt is, ze zijn gehalveert... maar na die bios update valt de computer de hele tijd uit, nogal irritant, bij het downloaden bijvoorbeeld, ik heb een MSI 875P Neo, met alles erop wat er op te krijgen is (glan, sata....) weet iemand van dit probleem ? het kan misschien ook aan mijn psu liggen, want als ik de computer aan probeer te doen, gaat er wel een lampje op de kast branden, maar gebeurt er niets, ik moet dan de stroom er snel af en weer op doen wil hij aan gaan... het is een 420 watt voeding de computer is op het moment helemaal niet overclocked\ ik heb bios v3.2 gebruikt, nu lees ik op de msi site lees ik dat dit alleen bedoelt is voor PCB2.0 mobo's, hoe kan ik zien of ik een PCB2.0 mobo heb ? Voor de duidelijkheid; mijn computer is tijdens het opstellen van dit bericht drie keer uitgevallen... :evil: Link naar reactie

anoniem Geplaatst: 30 april 2004 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 30 april 2004 PCB (print circuit board) die kan je zien als je de kast open doet. Verschilt per merk, meestal in de buurt van de CPU of pci sloten. Kan je de backup van je BIOS niet terugsflahen ? Link naar reactie

anoniem Geplaatst: 5 mei 2004 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 5 mei 2004 kan het zijn dat die nieuwe bios andere instellingen heeft? als bijv. je geheugen frequentie te hoog staat dan loopt je computer vast. probeer de standaard veilige settings deze zouden moeten werken. als het niet lukt dan gewoon je oude bios blijven gebruiken en dan eventueel je pc beter koelen door een extra ventilator. groetjes. anoniem Geplaatst: 5 mei 2004 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 5 mei 2004 ik heb alles nu gewoon op standaart staan, door het nieuwe bios werkt het overclocken van het bios juist wel, eerst deed hij dat niet, maar met alle instellingen op standaart werkt het gewoon, op het forum van MSI is mij aangeraden om versie 1.9 te installeren, maar de computer werkt op dit moment goed, dus ik ga re voorlopig nog niets aan veranderen... wel jammer van die temps, maar daar valt mee te leven :) en ik heb er al een enermax regelbare fan in geplaatst, ik denk dat de temperaturen gewoon helemaal niet kloppen, soms is de cpu bij het aanzetten al 45 graden, en nu ik die andere temperaturen gezien heb met dat nieuwe bios denk ik dat het bios gewoon verkeerde dingen door geeft.
