Popupkiller "smileycenter" bevat virus? Iemand sug

Hallo, Ik gebruik al tijden een popupkiller van Smileycenter, je krijgt er dan leuke smileys bij die je kan versturen in je email en andere leuke dingen. http://www.smileycentral.com Maar.....sinds ik een week of drie geleden opnieuw deze popupkiller probeerde te downloaden krijg ik een virusmelding van een of andere Trojan. Ik durf dat ding dus niet meer te installeren :( Iemand suggesties voor een andere goede popupkiller? Groetjes Mirjam

Ik krijg die virusmelding op het moment dat ik op "download" klik, virus wordt op dat moment al gelijk door anti-virusscanner gezien, er wordt dan niks gedownload meer omdat virusscanner dit blokt. Als ik mijn virusscanner draai dan detecteert hij; dropper.funweb.A en verwijdert het netjes. Dus heb eigenlijk verder nergens last van, zou alleen graag een andere popupkiller willen....... Je begrijpt me verkeerd, die zgn popup killer is meuk. Vandaar dat we eerst je systeem moeten cleanen. Daarna kom ik met het advies Mozilla Firefox te gaan gebruiken, die bevat een ingebouwde popup killer èn is vele malen veiliger dan IE. Voor de geïnteresseerden, nu ook NL versie: http://downloads.mozdev.org/mozillanl/Firefox-NL/FirefoxSetup-0.9.3-nl-NL.exe

Maar die mozilla, dat is toch een andere browser? Is die behalve veilig, ook stabiel? Want IE 6 die ik nu dus heb, geeft na verloop van tijd altijd weer problemen inderdaad, foutmeldingen en zo..... Meestal zet ik dan een backup/image terug en dan werkt alles weer een tijdje :D Groetjes weer :D

Maar als je Firefox 1 keer gebruikt hebt wil je niet meer terug naar IE
