applet menubar werkt niet online

Werkt inderdaad niet, zie ik. Ik heb ook geen antwoord op je vraag, maar ik zou dit soort dingen eigenlijk niet in Java doen. Wat kan dit menu applet wat je niet met gewoon html/css kunt bereiken?
