Radeon 9700 of de Radeon 9700 PRO

hey, ik ga een nieuwe comp kopen (zoiets als): amd 2400+ epox 9k8a3+ 512 ddr en natuurlijk een leuke 3d kaart. Welke zou ik gezien mijn systeem aanschaffen de radion 9700 of de pro versie die 150! eurootjes duurder is :cry: alvst thnx

Maakt niet verschrikkelijk veel uit. De 9700 (non pro) is een prima kaart, en 150 euro is een hoop verschil voor een klein beetje snelheidswinst. Het is puur wat je er voor over hebt, hou je liever de 150 euro in je zak, dan is dat een prima keuze! :) De 9700 heeft een betere prijs/kwal verhouding dan de 9700 pro. :) Ik zou voor de Non-pro gaan in jou geval..

Koop een Radeon 9700 non-pro en steek het geld wat je overhoud in een goeie voeding zoals de Antec True power 430 watt. een Goeie voeding heb je wel nodig met dat systeem en eeen Radeon 9700

Zuipt zo'n radion 9700 echt 420 watt??? :o Ik dacht dat die ook met een 300watt voeding de weg kon vinde. Of kan die met de 300w de weg wel vinden, maar is dit dus niet echt effectief of zo? ik heb verder niks geen kaarten op dat epox bord zitten, enkel de grafische kaart (rest zit on-board)

300watt raad ik ten strengste af met een dergelijk kaart. hij zuipt 40 tot 55 Watt :o !!! hij is zo veel eisend dat hij niet genoeg stroom krijgt via de AGP poort en zijn eigen Molex aansluiting heeft voor op de voeding zoals je Hardeschijven en CDrom e.d. dan heb je je CPU en je HDD's nog die ook veel stroom verbruiken ik adviseer dus een Radeon 9700 non-pro met minimaal een 350watt Merk voeding. je kan ook voor een 420watt CWT gaan die zijn niet zo duur. de 400watt van Q-tec is helemaal goedkoop alleen maakt redelijk wat geluid en is geen A-merk.

is het verschil tussen de radion 9700 en de 9500 pro erg groot?? Als er nl geen verschil in zit kan ik net zo goed de goedkoopste halen.

Lees eens wat revieuws dan weet je waar we het over hebben. het verschil zal op langere termijn alleen maar groter worden, het gemis van een 256bits bandbreedte is met FSAA en ANISO erg te merken.

nog een vraagje: is er nog een merkbaar verschil tussen de radion's van hercules, club3d en gigabyte (kan ik niet op internet vinden)

Er is geen merkbaar verschil in 3d perforamance/kwaliteit en 2D kwalitiet. Al die merken presteren indentiek, het zijn ook indentieke kaarten. enige wat verschilt is dat de Cooling van de Hercules wat beter is en dat is intteressant als je wilt gaan overklokken, maar de Hercules is ook iets duurder.
