The Ti4280 series includes the Ti4280 (64MB), Ti4280V (64MB,VIVO), Ti4280P (128MB), and the Ti4280PV (128MB,VIVO). They all use DDR memory with an impressive clock speed of 512 MHz and support for AGP 8X technology. All of the cards in this series were designed with a 6-layer PCB keeping electrical interference to a minimum, as well as ensuring stability and reliability. Erg itteressante kaart voor de notebook/laptop consumenten lijkt me: http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=geforce4go [quote:f08910a4bb][b:f08910a4bb]Now introducing the GeForce4 4200 Go:[/b:f08910a4bb] Ferocious Graphics on the Go! anoniem Geplaatst: 24 november 2002 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 24 november 2002 Hier nog een update over de GeForce 4 Ti 4600 met AGPx8 [quote:53b325c705] NVIDIA Changes plans on Ti 4800 NVIDIA's marketing had a meeting to discuss the future of the GeForce Ti 4800 and Ti 4800-SE; it turns out that NVIDIA has reversed their decision and will sell the Ti 4800 as a GeForce4 Ti 4600-8X in North America. For the rest of the world, the Ti 4800 and Ti 4800-SE will continue to be manufactured under the new name. As we mentioned in our first piece on the new naming, the Ti 4800 is nothing more than an AGP 8X version of the Ti 4600 and the Ti 4800-SE is an AGP 8X version of the Ti 4400. With no difference in clock speeds it's good to see that NVIDIA will be selling the AGP 8X card under a Ti 4600-8X name in North America, but let's just hope that the rest of the world doesn't get too thrown off by the naming system. [/quote:53b325c705] Lekker vaag.
Prolink Microsystems Corporation has the full confidence to announce PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE as the fastest Ti4800SE in the worldIIn heir of AGP8X series, PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE also owns the latest AGP8X processing subsystem and have two key features. The Fastest -2.9ns BGA RAM: To strengthen and enlarge performance of Ti4800SE, besides -3.6ns RAM type, Prolink research center create PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE Ultra adapting the fastest -2.9ns BGA packaging RAM type which run cooler and higher than traditional DRAM packaging among GeForce4 Ti4800SE. Huge Golden Fan effectively Lower Temperature: In order to effectively reduce the temperature of Ti4800SE caused by high performance efficacy, PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE employs huge golden fan to apply for which has 11 leaves with Low Noise and High Efficiency of Cooling system. The cooling system can help to raise highly clocking performance. PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE series: PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE series powered by NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4800SE GPU have two available models of PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE equipped with -3.6ns RAM and PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE ultra equipped with -2.9ns RAM that could be proud to call as the fastest Ti4800SE VGA. The core clock of PixelView GeForce4 Ti4800SE ultra defaults at 280MHz and memory clock speed to 600MHz at minimum. Pixelview Ti4800SE: - Core Clock: 275MHz - Memory: 550MHz (-3.6ns) [b:f5f16f8409]Pixelview Ti4800SE Ultra - Core Clock: 280MHz - Memory 600MHz (-2.9ns) [/color:f5f16f8409] Not to rain on PixelViews parade, but what the hell is with the Ti4800SE Ultra? That is still alot slower then a normal reference designed Ti4600 which is clocked at 300MHz and 650MHz memory. I guess it's almost official. Nvidia will alow the Ti4800 branding on the Ti4400 chipset with AGP8X. As more and more companies release the Ti4800. More and more people who don't do research, (basically the everyday Joe) who walks into Best Buy or CompUSA and see this card next to the BFG and PNY cards thinking that it's alot faster because of the labeling. Sad. Nice way to screw your customers Nvidia.[/b:f5f16f8409] [/quote:f5f16f8409] tja.. dat de Ti 4800se naam was al erg maar nu ook al een Ultra waar niets Ultra aan is. :-? Link naar reactie
