ik krijg sinds een tijd (weet niet precies hoelang) een blauw scherm te zien. Ik heb windows vista (laptop). het gaat om: STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC000001D, 0x8072F96D, 0x884131EC, 0x00000000) CI.dll - Address 8072F96D base at 806CF000, Datestamp 47be5708 wat te doen en wat is veroorzaakt dit?

Vaak is een blauw scherm te wijten aan een hardware probleem. Onlangs iets geinstalleerd? Koppel eens een voor een je hardware af -zover dat met de werking van je computer mogelijk is- en kijk ierdere keer eens. Het is een langdurig onderzoek maar kan tot resultaat leiden. perloc

het blauwe scherm is een windows stop fout. De afgelopen maanden is windows naar mijn mening ernstig achteruit gegaan. Ik heb nou al 7 keer het zelfde probleem gehoord zowel bij 95 98 2000 Xp en vista . volgens de micrsoft website kan je er niets aan doen wel is het vaak zo dat je bestuiringssysteem opnieuw installeren wel resultaatheeft of je computer word te heet.

de conclusie dat windows ´minder wordt´ is een merkwaardige, en meer een voor de borreltafel, denk ik. die verhoudt zich ook niet tot de opmerking dat het opnieuw installeren wél zou werken...... kortom, het is waarschijnlijk meer van het gebruikelijke: een ´vervuild systeem´.... even zoeken op ci.dll en ik vond o.m. deze, die wellicht een tipje van jouw sluier oplicht: Code Integrity (CI) protects Windows Vista by verifying that system binaries haven’t been tampered with by malicious code and by ensuring that there are no unsigned drivers running in kernel mode on the system. CI starts as Windows starts up. The boot loader checks the integrity of the kernel, the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), and the boot-start drivers. After these binaries have been verified, the system starts and the memory manager calls CI to verify any binaries that are loaded into the kernel’s memory space. The binaries are verified by looking up their signatures in the system catalogs. Aside from the kernel memory space, CI verifies binaries loaded into a protected process and system installed dynamic libraries that implement core cryptographic functions. I am surprised it boots t safe mode. Do these steps. 1. With system off. Unplug any USB devices including memory/pen drives. 2. Boot normally. If still problem reboot to Safe mode. 3. Uninstall if allowed the last software you installed. (if this software is Windows installer based you will not be able to uninstall it in Safe mode). 4. Use Msconfig to disable all possible startup programs. 5. Try a normal boot.
