Map zonder naam.....

ik heb een map in me computer staan zonder naam. nu zou ik hem wel weg willen hebben maar er is geen beweging in te krijgen. en hij staat in " deze computer" naast configuratiescherm en externe toegang. en waar in dos moet ik kijken c:/....?? zou niet weten waar "deze computer" map in dos te vinden is.

Dat moet in het register. Ik heb de oplossing hiervoor al een keer op een Amerikaans forum gepost, dus ik copy en paste hem hier even (helaas dus in het Engels): Open Regedit, and drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionexplorerMyComputerNameSpace and to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerMyComputerNameSpace Click the + sign next to NameSpace. You'll see a number of subkeys representing the folders in My Computer. Click on them, and check what name they have in the right pane. Is there one there with no name? When you find this unnamed CLSID, rightclick it, and choose 'rename'. Say it looks like this: [b:b10c55b340]{BDEADF00-C265-11D0-BCED-00A0C90AB50F}[/b:b10c55b340] Now edit it by putting a little minus sign preceding it, so that it looks like this (example): [b:b10c55b340]-{BDEADF00-C265-11D0-BCED-00A0C90AB50F}[/b:b10c55b340] If you go back to your desktop, and refresh it, the icon that you've edited like described will be gone. When you're sure you've got the right one, you can delete it altogether, if you like. Succes, Ton

ja hij is weg..maar nu zit er een gat tussen 2 andere mappen...nou dan maar een gat.. dank je wel....

Wanneer ik dat doe, krijg ik geen loze ruimte. Wis dat hele ding eens, in plaats van het te hernoemen met dat minnetje. Start vervolgens even opnieuw op. Succes, Ton
