Probeer de printerdriver opnieuw te installeren. Kijk op de website van de fabrikant om de laatste driver van de printer te downloaden. Heb je ook de printer als standaard ingesteld? (Start > Printers en Fax) Heb je ook geprobeerd om te kijken naar het Printvoorbeeld? (Bestand>Printvoorbeeld)

Beste Tom, Ja ik heb uiteraard geprobeerd de printerdriver opnieuw te installeren helaas werkte dat niet, vervolgens heb ik geprobeerd het totale pakket opnieuw te installeren. Helaas ook zonder resultaat. Afdrukvoorbeeld heeft hetzelfde probleem als het bestand->afdrukken. [b:3d01c6e336]Futury[/b:3d01c6e336]

Heb je ook eerst alle software en drivers van je printer gedeinstalleerd? Kijk eens in het (Configuratiescherm > Software en programmaonderdelen) om de software eraf te gooien.

Check eerst maar even of je iets bruikbaars kunt vinden op de site van Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314085

Ik zie op je filmpje,als je in Word wilt afdrukken, dat het een Brother-printer is, en ik meen te zien een HL5270DN. Op de regel onder de printer zie ik staan: status: niet actief. Op een niet actieve printer kun je natuurlijk niet printen. Waarschijnlijk staat alles wat je hebt willen printen nu in de wachtrij. Ik zou eens naar de printer zelf kijken. Kan hij wel een testpagina printen? Deugt het snoertje tussen printer en computer wel? Hoe heb je hem trouwens aangesloten? Paralelle poort, USB, Netwerk?

Ik vond een vergelijkbaar print probleem op http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Internet_Email/Email/Q_24509531.html Het kan zijn dat niet alle antwoorden zichtbaar zijn. Go to the Windows Update site and this time choose the CUSTOM (not Express) scan. I expect you will be offered IE8. Click the + to the left of IE8 and at the bottom of that dropdown paragraph you should find a box to check with something to the effect "Hide this" or "Do not offer this again". Check it. Now when you use Windows Update and click EXPRESS you will see IE8 offered in a separate box that requires no action if you do not want it.
