Na installatie windows 10 HP Scanjet G4050 mis ik component 8, [(4, -2146959335,01)]?

In windows XP nooit problemen gehad maar sinds windows 10 krijg ik bovengenoemde melding. Ook na dat ik de nieuwste drijvers en stuurprogramma van HP gedownload heb.

Hi, Can you scan by going to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right click the shown scanner and press Start Scan? If so, try installing HP Scan Extended and see if you may scan through this applicationm it will be installed under Start > All Apps > HP > HP Scan Extended: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
