anoniem Geplaatst: 11 november 2003 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 11 november 2003 Het leuke van een slaad is wel dat als je hem verslaat dat zijn summoned slaad ook meteen weg is, wel zo handig (overigens is dat normaal volgens mij bij summoned creatures) Ik vond de Grey Slaad altijd vervelend, vooral omdat ze die Stun abbility hebben, sta je daar gestunned en wel met tig Slaad om je heen. Die White en helemaal die Black slaad zullen lastige tegenstanders worden, die stats van de black slaad zijn behoolijk indrukwekkend. Quote Link naar reactie
anoniem Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 Och als je zelf Lvl 31 bent dan zal het wel weer meevallen ... zolang ie alleen is ;) Bij die slaad (en andere figuren met soortgelijke vaardigheden) was idd m'n taktiek altijd de 'echte' te pakken en die 'summoned creatures' zo veel mogelijk te negeren. btw : er zijn drankjes, items & spreuken tegen 'stun'-abilities, dus als je daar op let dan stelt het niet zo heel veel voor. Het knockdown/trip-effect vind ik zelf veel linker omdat je daarvoor veel punten in moet investeren terwijl je meestal die punten op andere plaatsen veel beter kunt gebruiken. Quote Link naar reactie

anoniem Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 Clarity (1st lvl Bard / 3rd Lvl Cleric, Sorcerer, Wizard) werkt tegen 'stun', 'Confusion', etc. Ik weet zeker dat er potions & scrolls voor te krijgen zijn, maar of er andere items zijn weet ik zo niet. Enige nadeel is dat het een vrij korte duur heeft. Freedom (als in de cloak) werkt alleen tegen paralysis (zeer handig bij spinnen-gevechten & andere creatures met web als spreuk). anoniem Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 Auteur Delen Geplaatst: 12 november 2003 de spreuk "Freedom" is heel wat anders dan een Cloack of freedom. de spreuk Freedom is een level 9 spreuk (gebruikte ik wel eens in Baldur's gate 2 als iemand Imprisonment had gedaan) De cloack of freedom werkt zoals ik al zei tegen: Paralyze, Web en Entagle. Potion of clarity werkt wel vermoed ik. tot nu toe was een hoge Saving throw ook voldoende :) Quote Link naar reactie

Freedom (spreuk) mag dan wel helpen, maar aangezien je toch wel wat beters hebt dan zo'n utility-spreuk op dat level. 't is trouwens een spreuk die niet eens in NWN voor komt. Daarnaast is het 'maar' een spel om te gebruiken *nadat* je dat effect op je hebt gehad (en het is een instant-effect !!!). Clarity daarentegen werkt preventief. Quote Link naar reactie

Helaas is dit niet zo. Ik heb de cloak of freedom trouwens niet gezien in SoU, ik heb wel een cloak of arachnide (die geeft immuniteit tegen web en +2 tegen poison.) Wel grappig trouwens: De spreuk 'freedom' komt inderdaad niet voor in NWN, maar de spreuk 'clarity' zie ik weer niet in het D&D Playershandbook staan. Ik denk dat Bioware het scala spreuken heeft aangepast aan wat handig was in NWN. Als dief/shadowdancer had ik niet de beschikking over spreuken dus heb ik maar potions of clarity aangeschaft, want ik werd regelmatig gestunned en niet alleen door slaads. Quote Link naar reactie
