Windows 7 pc ziet netwerkprinter niet, hoe kan ik dat veranderen?

Ik heb een windows 7 ultimate computer, en een netwerkprinter (brother mfc-9880). Maar mijn pc ziet de printer niet, terwijl er op andere computers wel gewoon mee geprint kan worden... Ik denk dat er iets mis is met de instellingen op mijn computer, maar ik weet het verder ook niet... Ik heb de goede drivers wel op mijn computer staan ( nog niet geinstalleerd) maar daar heb je niet zo veel aan als je geen printer heb om de drivers mee te gebruiken... ik hoop dat iemand het antwoord op weet... groeten Joël
