Waarom is schijf geblokkeerd?

Ik heb op een vreemde manier de toegang tot mijn C-schijf geheel beblokkeerd access denied (C:) (VISTA) Als wellicht administrator heb ik via de optie "delen" op mijn c-schijf alle toegangelijkheid op C geblokkeerd. Ik wilde zien of ik C kon blokkeren voor een andere gebruiker. Nadat ik dit had gedaan bleek dat ik zelf ook geentoegang meer had tot deze schijf, met als gevolg dat ik echt helemaal niks meer kan in Vista. Bij alles wat ik doe geeft ie aan dat ik hiervoor niet gemachtigd ben, tevens kan ik geen programma's meer draaien, documenten kopieren of verwijderen en zelfs niks downloaden.( omdat ik het niet mag opslaan) IK heb al enkele avonden zitten Googlen maar kan niks gelijks vnden. Je begrijpt wel dat dit een groot probleem is, wie kan mij hierbij helpen?
