Waarom kan ik geen thuisgroep maken?

Ik wil aan de slag met een Thuisgroep in Win 7 pro 64 bits. Echter, ik kan het wachtwoord niet opvragen en bij gebruik van MicrosoftFixit.HomeGroup.Run.exe komt de foutmelding dat Peer Name Resolution Protocol en Networking Identity Manager-service niet zijn gestart. Luk me niet om deze via services.msc te starten en dat Peer Networking Grouping service niet wordt uitgevoerd. Wat dat wachtwoord betreft, het volgende al geprobeerd? Of lag daar niet het probleem?
