Wat is Igfxtray?

beste mensen mijn pc is erg traag vooral met opstarten. NU heb ik alles uitgeschakeld in ms congi en gebruik cleaning sofware. :( alleen wat kan ik wel en niet weghalen? kan ik igfxtray verwijderen uit mijn opstartmenu? en khcmd? en ctfmon? ik draai nu zone alarm en avg als bescherming graag hoop ik dat iemand antwoord weet, en bijvoorbaad vele dank!
